These terms apply to everyone who uses nextdealuk.co.uk (“NextDealUK”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, posting an ad or sending a message you agree to them.
1. Who can use NextDealUK
- You must be 18 or over and live in the UK.
- One person, one account. Give accurate details and keep your login safe.
- Businesses must say they are a trader in their ads and follow UK consumer law.
2. Posting ads
- You must own, or have the right to sell, what you list, and describe it honestly with real photos.
- Ads must follow our Posting Rules. Illegal or banned items, including weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, fake documents, adult services and protected wildlife, are not allowed.
- One ad per item. No duplicate, misleading or spam ads.
- You keep ownership of your content but give us permission to show it on the site and in search results.
3. How we moderate
- Every new ad is checked before it goes live. Our automated system and our team look for illegal, banned and suspicious content.
- Ads that clearly break the rules are removed. Ads that need a closer look are held for manual review. Ads that pass are published, usually within 30 minutes.
- We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, the law, or put other users at risk. Serious or repeated breaches lead to a permanent ban.
- We may keep records and share information with the police or other authorities when the law requires it or to prevent crime.
4. Reporting, complaints and appeals
- Report content: use the Report button on any ad, or our Report & Appeals form. You do not need an account.
- Appeal: if we removed your ad or restricted your account and you think we were wrong, appeal here. A person will review the decision and tell you the outcome.
- Complain: if you are unhappy with how we handled a report or with our safety measures, tell us here.
- We aim to review urgent reports within 24 hours and other reports, complaints and appeals within 7 days. Every case gets a reference number.
5. Our role
NextDealUK is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale, do not hold payments, and do not inspect items. Deals are made directly between users. Read our safety tips before you meet or pay. If you are a victim of fraud, report it to Action Fraud and to us.
6. Messages
Use on-site chat to talk about ads only. No harassment, threats, hate, spam or requests to move off-site to pay. Report abusive messages and we will act.
7. Liability
We work to keep the site safe but cannot guarantee every ad or user. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from deals between users. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
8. Privacy and changes
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
