You can ask us to delete your NextDealUK account and all the data linked to it at any time. This includes data we got when you signed in with Facebook or Google.
What we delete
- Your account, name, email and profile photo
- Your ads and their photos
- Your messages, saved ads and search alerts
- Any data we received from Facebook or Google sign-in
We may keep a small record for up to 6 months where the law needs it, for example to deal with a fraud report or a police request. After that it is deleted too.
How to ask
- Go to our Contact page.
- Choose the subject Delete my data (or write it in your message).
- Use the same email address as your NextDealUK account, so we can find it.
We will confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.
Signed in with Facebook?
You can also remove NextDealUK from your Facebook account: open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find NextDealUK and click Remove. Then send us the request above so we delete the data held on our side.
